A Nonprofit Built on Structure, Integrity, and Impact

Behind every effective charitable initiative is something most people never see: governance, compliance systems, financial transparency, and operational oversight. Without these foundations, even the most compassionate missions struggle to survive.

Our Model

By operating these different foundations and programs under one umbrella maximizes donations getting to recipients

We strive to be the example of integrity in a space full of dishonesty and misappropriation of funds.

"A Charity of Charities"

Our Model & Idea

ACC was founded with a commitment to bring greater transparency, accountability, and integrity to charitable giving.

Through our innovative “charity of charities” model, ACC creates a shared professional infrastructure that allows a dedicated team to support and manage multiple charitable programs under one unified organization.

We establish a clear focus on maximizing the resources that reach our programs and the people they serve. When a donor donates directly to one of our programs, only 7% is collected for the ACC support and infrastructure.

By redefining how charities can operate, ACC seeks to rebuild trust between donors and the causes they support.

Our History

The Angel Charitable Corporation was founded by Paul Maxwell on March 9, 2022, named in honor of his grandmother, who throughout her life referred to her grandchildren as angels.

The vision was first recorded in Mr. Maxwell's journal during a 63-day bicycle ride across the country in the summer of 2002, described as a single organization helping many different recipients and causes.

Today, that vision is a registered 501(c)(3) headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, empowering grassroots leaders with the infrastructure they need to build sustainable, impactful charitable programs.

Our Donation Model

The greatest impact comes from the smallest gifts.

Most donors want their contributions to change lives not cover overhead. At the ACC you can choose to directly support only one of our charities if you wish.

Our model allows thousands of people to give just a little each month, creating the sustainable support that powers our management team and keeps our family of charities serving the community.

What others are saying

"They didn't just change my life, they saved it."

"For 15 years, methamphetamine controlled my life. I lost hope, lost direction, and never believed I could escape the cycle of addiction. I was living in a field when the Henderson Angels found me. They didn't judge me or look past me they treated me like a human being who still had value.

The Henderson Angels didn't just hand me food or supplies. They gave me encouragement, connected me with resources, and most importantly, they gave me hope.

I am approaching two years of sobriety. I have a job, a purpose, and a future I never thought was possible. Recovery wasn't easy, but it started because someone cared enough to reach out when I had nothing.

If you're wondering whether your donation or volunteer service makes a difference, I am living proof that it does. The Henderson Angels didn't just change my circumstances they helped save my life. I will always be grateful for the compassion, kindness, and hope they gave me when I needed it most."
