The Angel Charitable Corporation serves as a philanthropic vehicle for various charitable programs. Our model enables these programs to share operational costs, directing a significant portion of collected funds to the intended recipients. We exist to facilitate and allow anyone motivated to help others.
At the Angel Charitable Corporation, we understand that the costs and operations associated with starting a 501(c)(3) can be a significant barrier to action. We specialize in alleviating this impediment, enabling the fruition of ideas. By offering a cause a more cost-effective way to accomplish its mission, we take only a tiny percentage of the program's gain, ensuring that the focus remains on the mission. We also work directly with program directors, providing guidance and support to maintain proper procedure, governance, and accountability, thereby ensuring transparency and best practices.
OUR MISSION: The Angel Charitable Corporation empowers grassroots activists to develop and implement impactful community programs through nonprofit organizations. We help harness their passion and provide the tools and training to facilitate obtaining funding, maintaining compliance, and measuring outcomes.
Our program donors should know that a large part of their donation, between 90% and 93%, is directly transferred to the recipient. The ACC will retain the remaining 7% to 10% as a fee to cover administrative expenses. Additionally, every year, the cost will be reduced by 1% until it reaches 7%. As the programs expand, we will charge even less.
We can be the way for someone to take action on their prompting and bring their philanthropic endeavor to life. Starting a 501c3 and properly running one is no small task. However, we can help eliminate the upfront difficulties associated with this process, allowing people to take action towards their goals.
ACC 1st year tax Return - 8% operations budget!
The ACC and its board are incredibly proud of this accomplishment.
Our Name: The Angel Charitable Corporation was named in honor of the founder's grandmother, Hortense "Nonna" Schwefel. Throughout her life, she referred to all her children and grandchildren as her angels.
